This workshop focused on spinal health. We shared information about the ideal physiological curves of the spine, and participants learned how to maintain a healthy spinal curvature by observing and palpating different spine curves. During the practical session, participants worked in pairs to practice movements that engage the spine in three different planes.
Each session combined theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and teaching each other, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of their own bodies and gradually learn daily exercises that are more suited to their individual needs.
